We wipe down kitchen appliances, counters, and cupboards, disinfect bathrooms and sinks, dust bedrooms and living areas, freshen up beds and upholstery, and finish with a thorough vacuum and hand-mop of your floors, all while respecting any closed-door areas of your home.
A thorough top-to-bottom clean — required for first-time bookings and recommended after any gap of 5+ weeks. It includes everything in the Basic Clean, plus a deep scrub of bathrooms and kitchen, extra attention to window sills, ledges, and pet and shoe areas, and a full room-by-room assessment when our team arrives.
Comprehensive cleaning for vacant properties — start fresh in your new home or leave your old one spotless. We deep clean every room along with all closets and storage areas, making it a great fit for landlords and tenants alike. This service is billed per square foot, and electricity and water must be available on-site.
Offices, retail, and commercial spaces kept spotless on a schedule that works around your business. We cover offices and meeting rooms, reception and common areas, and washrooms and kitchenettes, with after-hours scheduling and custom recurring contracts available.
Specialized cleaning after renovations or new builds — dust, debris, and residue removed for a move-in-ready finish. This includes construction dust and debris removal, window and fixture cleaning, and floor cleaning and polishing. A custom quote is required for this service.
Customize any clean with extras — each add-on can take up to 2 hours and must be booked in advance so our team arrives prepared. Options include interior ovens, fridges, cabinets, drawers, medicine cabinets, windows and tracks, blinds, baseboards, walls, doors and frames, and light fixtures, along with pet hair removal, closet organizing, bed linen changeovers, and laundry washing and folding. Interior oven, range hood and filter, and baseboard deep cleans use non eco-friendly specialist products.
Please note: Interiors of appliances are not included in any standard clean — these are à la carte services that must be requested at the time of booking.
